On July 14, 2026, Thailand enacted strict deportation rules for foreigners committing illegal entry, illegal work, business violations, document fraud, or serious crimes. The Department of Corrections now coordinates directly with the Ministry of Interior for immediate removal, returning unverified nationalities to their last residence, showing zero tolerance for illegal nominees and transnational crime.
